We love the two pack of Costco frozen lasagna. The Kirkland Signature Italian Sausage and Beef Lasagna tastes great, is super convenient and is a real bargain.
The frozen lasagna is not quite as good as Costco’s fresh Ravioli Lasagna but it is a close second. A bonus is that Costco always has the frozen lasagna in stock so it is a more reliable meal option for our family.
This review will cover everything you need to know about this meal including how to cook, how it tastes, calories and price.

I absolutely love that I can pull a three pound lasagna out of the freezer, put it in the microwave and have dinner on the table in just 30 minutes!
That is just about as easy as it gets!
Flavor
The lasagna is delicious!
You get multiple layers of perfectly cooked pasta, ricotta cheese, and meat topped with bubbly brown cheese. The lasagna has a wonderful, rich tomato sauce and everything is perfectly seasoned.
Overall everything is well balanced and you do not get the impression that Costco skimped on any ingredients.
This is an exceptional easy and tasty dinner that we think this is a much better frozen lasagna than Stouffers!

Price
This is Item Number 1321637 and is found in the freezer section of the warehouse.
You get two trays of lasagna, three pounds each, for $16.79.
This works out to a cost of about $2.80 per pound or $0.174 per ounce. In contrast, the Rana Beef Short Rib Lasagna at Costco currently costs more than twice as much at $0.381 per ounce.
Personally we like this lasagna better than the one from Rana which makes this a great value option!
