Our family tore into the Costco Ravioli Lasagna the other night and made pigs out of ourselves! We served the lasagna up with some garlic bread and Caesar salad and man, it was good.
The lasagna, with a Beef and Pork Bolognaise Sauce, is Item Number 41212 and is found in the refrigerated deli counter with the other prepared meals.
This is a seasonal meal and is worth stocking up on when you find them since they are value priced, taste awesome and freeze well.
Keep reading and we will cover everything you need to know about the meal including how to cook, flavor, calories and cost.
Costco Ravioli Lasagna Cooking Instructions

- Remove plastic lid from the tray
- Cover tray loosely with aluminum foil.
- Place tray onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 60 minutes until an internal temperature of 165F is reached.
- Let cool for five minutes before serving.
This meal can also be cooked in an air fryer is your appliance is big enough to fit the tray.
If you are not ready to cook the meal when you get home, or only want to cook a portion of the meal, then you are in luck because it freezes easily.
Flavor
This lasagna is one of the best prepare meals that Costco has ever made and it certainly blows the Rana Beef and Short Rib Lasagna out of the water. This is not a traditional lasagna like the Kirkland Italian Sausage and Beef Lasagna in the freezer section but I appreciate the creativity.
The ravioli are large, soft and filled with a blend of four savory cheeses (ricotta, asiago, parmesan and romano). The ravioli are topped with an extremely rich meat bolognaise that is slightly sweetened by carrots. All of this is covered with a layer of shredded mozzarella and provolone that pulls everything together into an amazing meal.
Serve the ravioli lasagna with a Caesar salad and garlic bread and you will have an epic feast on your hands!
